"When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return."
— Leonardo Da Vinci
Our chief pilot, Stan Snow, is currently the Assistant Chief Pilot for United Airlines in San Francisco. He was the first fighter pilot for the United States Air Force of Samoan descent. Stan was married in the Laie, Hawaii Temple in 1982 and has 4 wonderful children.
The founder of Temple Air, Daniel Todd, has been flying private airplanes since 2007 solely in preparation for Temple Air. It has been his dream to fly his brothers and sisters in the gospel to the temple and it is now coming true. He was also married in the Laie, Hawaii Temple in 1997. Daniel has 4 children, all of whom help with Temple Air on a daily basis.
Daniel has already invested over $25,000 this year into Temple Air and plans on donating roughly $100,000 per year to maintain the organization as well as insure all donations go directly to the families.
Temple Air needs good pilots who want to provide safe transport to LDS temples. None of our pilots are paid nor are the staff. All of the donations and funds that we generate go directly to the cost to transport and help the families we are serving.
